It's finally done...

Oil is the new Wine...

(I have my doubts about that)

For those of you out there that like to cook like I do, Central Market is probably your favorite place to shop.  They have so many good things to choose from and many that I was not familiar with before.  Well, the construction is finally done according to Culture Map Houston (article link below).  It was a year of nightmare parking, but it is now ready.  There is a new olive oil tasting area as well as an expanded produce, chocolate section and coffee/smoothie bar and much more. 

According to the article oil is the new wine.  Well, I'm not sure about that, but I do know that a good olive oil can make all the difference in the flavor of the dish.  Check out the article and the remodeled store.  Maybe I will see you there!
