8 Things to Increase Resale Value

1.  As always - declutter and stage your home before putting it on the market

2. Clean up - this shold be common sense but you would be surprised...

3. Curb Appeal is important - it helps get them in the door

4. Details - don't assume that no one will notice that thing that you notice

5. Refresh your kitchen and bath.  This is so important because it helps sell your home.  Look at the photo above and how adding fresh tile with an accent nook brought this shower into the year 2017.

6. Don't get cheap with the photos that will go online.  I'm sure you have seen home photos that are dark or skinny or blurry.

7. Don't take the sale personally.  Yes, you love your home, but you want it to be someone else's home.  I know it's hard.
