     Create walkways - Your home should not be an obstacle course. Make sure there are defined walkways/paths through the home. Do not make the buyers have to weave their way through the sofa and chairs and tables to get from one room to another. This makes the home feel smaller and difficult to maneuver through.
     Open and defined pathways make the room feel larger as well as open and friendly. Take a walk through your home and see how open your pathways are. If you cannot walk through easily, then it is time to make a change.
