"Living Smaller" - Yes, even in Texas!

According to this article in Realtor Magazine's February, 2010, issue, the average home's size has declined to 2215 sq ft from 2277 sq ft based on data from the US Census Bureau.  People are living more efficiently as of late. 

As a Realtor, this may present more challenges when listing and selling a home.  You have to make the home looks as spacious as possible.  This is also why proper staging is even more important.
