So, you're trying to sell a house and there are young kids in the household. What to do with the "75" toys they have? I have 2 children of my own so I can completely understand this situation. However, the bottom line is the house needs to sell before you can put your kids in the newer and bigger home. What to do?
The toys have to be thinned for the staging of this home in order to speed the sale. Take the kids favorite 10 toys and leave those out for them to play with. Take their second 10 favorite toys and store those in a closet or in some nice storage boxes under the bed (make sure the bed covers conceal these). Then take the other 55 toys and box them up so they are ready to move and store them out of sight. They will have to be packed anyway, and there is an extremely high probability that the kids will be just fine without them for the next couple of weeks until that offer hits your table.
Guess what the up side to this is. When you get to your new house and the boxes are unpacked, the kids now have 55 toys to play with that they probably forgot they had. It's like getting a lot of presents at once! :)
