Do you have a client or do you have a house full of knick-knacks and collections? Well, start packing! If you are selling or getting ready to sell, start "packin'" those collections now. If a house is full of knick-knacks, all the buyer sees is those items. You want them to see the house. You want them to see room for their things. If you are moving, you are going to have to pack them anyway - you might as well pack them now and make it easier for your agent to sell your house.
