Follow the Leader - Starbucks

What in the world am I talking about?! According to the attached article from Business Insider, if Starbucks builds in a neighborhood, then it's time to buy a house there. I wonder if we can base our marketing on that - Ha!

Actually, think about it....big chains like this do their research - their homework. If they feel confident about a neighborhood being able to support $3 & up cups of coffee, then the area is probably on the move. Anyway, it's a quick and easy article to read. Enjoy!
