Why in the world did I post this on a real estate blog?!  Well, if "good clothes open all doors," then, perhaps, a well dressed home can open some wallets - so to speak.

Can properly staging and presenting your home/listing lead to a sale?  It can lead to a sale much more quickly than not staging.  You cannot discount the importance of the appearance of a home.  The majority of people cannot see past what they see.  Can they see past the clutter or the rooms overstuffed with furniture or the wild paint colors?  Most of the time they cannot.

Just as you would dress appropriately for an occasion, so should your home.  Dress your home to show it at its best, and perhaps the door will be opened more often to potential buyers, and perhaps the sales will follow much more quickly.
