The article below from NY Magazine, is a great breakthrough in my opinion. I hate adjusting my thermostat. Some thermostats can be so difficult to operate and to reprogram. As you know, the weather in Houston can change in a matter of hours. Your thermostat does not easily adjust to that. They are coming out with new thermostats that you can control from the internet - whether on your computer or your IPad or youir IPhone. How cool is that?!
