The Harvard Business Review magazine https://hbr.org/2011/12/your-use-of-pronouns-reveals-your-personality/ar/1 has an article about how pronouns can give a insight into your personality?  This can come in handy when dealing with clients, friends and employees.  The article talks about "function words" in our language.  There are 150 commonly used nouns, pronouns, verbs, etc that we use in our everyday language.

As you might guess, the word "I" can reveal much about a person.  A heavy use of the work "I" can reveal a heavy self-focus whether in a positive or negative context.  However, the opposite could be true when they avoid the use of this word - are the telling the truth?  Perhaps, not.  If you are looking for a decisive employee, you might look for a person that says "It's hot out rather than I think it's hot out."

Thnk about it.
