Below is an article from Realtor Magazine that quotes a Harvard housing study. Basically, it says we will need more housing in the near future. The Baby Boomers are downsizing and the young couples will be looking for their first home to buy. The older homes will be replaced by newer homes and the demand for second homes will rise. This is good news for Realtors, Builders, Consumers and the Economy.
