Below is a new website that I was told about. It is a Houston-based organization that promotes "fixing homes and funding schools." The concept sounds wonderful. They advertise that they will connect you to pre-screened, dependable service providers; you will receive exclusive discounts; and you can designate a school of your choice to receive contributions from SchoolHouse Partners.
I have not used them but the concept is great. Check out their website and see what you think.
