Creativity is important for a good Realtor. How do you solve the client's problem? How do you negotiate to get your client what they want? How do you get the deal closed? Sometimes - most of the time - you have to be creative.
Let me tell you that I HATE the phrase "thinking outside of the box." However, I will admit that sometimes that is exactly what you have to do to make it work. I just need to come up with a new phrase. :)
