"I" - Initiative - noun - "introductory act or step; leading action"

Can anyone be in any kind of service industry and not be able to take initiative? I don't think so. Sometimes it is so hard to take that first step. However, if we do not take the first step, we will go nowhere.

We owe it to our clients and to ourselves to make things happen. Waiting around for someone else to do something is usually just a waist of time.

Take the first step.....
