To continue this series, I feel the letter "V" in service should stand for Valor. Why in the world would I choose that word? Because valor stands for many things and one of those is tenacity. Do you know any really good real estate agents that are not tenacious? I do not.
Tenacity/valor does not mean pushy or obnoxious. It means sticking to your goal and being persistent. Do not give up until you have covered every possibility. You owe that to your client.
