For the letter "R" I give the word "repetition." Keep working hard. Keep following up with your clients and leads. Keep doing open houses. Keep doing all the things you know you are supposed to be doing to be a great agent and you will be. If it doesn't work the first time, adjust and try it again.
As they say - you cannot get different results if you keep doing things the same way. Although it is important to keep trying and keep moving forward, don't be hesitant about adjusting your plan or your route. A little tweeking of your techniques or the situation and you just might find positive results.
