The letter for today is "E." No, this is not Sesame Street. This is the second letter in "service" and here is what I think it stands for...
"E" - Eager
Are you eager or excited to be of help and service to your clients. If you are not, they can tell. We sell homes but we are really in the people/service business. Be excited about what you are doing for your clients and available. Excitement is contagious!
