As mentioned previously, I believe SERVICE is the key to real estate and, quite frankly, most business ventures.
The first letter in Service is "S." In my opinion the "S" should stand for "SINCERE."
The majority of people can tell if someone is sincere and truly has their best interests at heart. If a client does not feel you are sincere, why would they ever trust you to help them make the biggest investment in their lives - their HOME?
I wouldn't - would you?!
