A great way to market a home for sale is by building a website just for that property.
What I do when I get a listing is build a website for that property, buy a Domain Name proper to the that particular home, direct that Domain Name to the website, and finaly make a Sign Rider with the name of the website.
Having the name of the website on the yard sign, cuts down many unnecessary showings, since the website contains all the information for the property including, pictures, tax and school information.
