  The developer Airia broke ground in late 2018 on the 2,200 acre master planned community located on 242 just East of FM-1314.  Approximately 5,200 homes are planned for this community.  Phase 1 beginning this year, with homes in the $280,000- $500,000 range.  Premier builders to be announced soon.  The developer has set aside 120 acres for future commercial and retail use.  The 13 acre community area will over look a 5 acre lake.  This community area will include a cafe, meeting areas, 24 hour fitness center and more.  Community events, classes, and activities will be managed by a staffed lifestyle manager.  This upcoming community is slated for Conroe ISD.  I look forward to watching it grow and updating information.  Checkout their website for more information www.artaviatx.com  #jacquecanada #sellingmontgomerycounty
