FMC Technologies coming to Generation Park

Have you heard about Generation Park?  It is the 4,000 acre business park by McCord Development in Northeast Houston area.  The space that this huge development will provide is currently being advertised as corporate headquarters space, office, medical, research and development, and mixed use projects.  McCord Development's innovative master planned Generation Park will entice many businesses to this complex because of everything it has to offer within and surrounding area: wonderful communities to live in near by, great schools, convenience to the major roadways and minutes for IAH airport.

The first company to sign up for space is FMC Technologies.  This Fortune 500 company is the global market leader in subsea systems and a leading provider of technologies and services to the oil and gas industry. They purchased about 173 acres from McCord Development with plans to consolidate their campus to Generation Park.  Generation Park will eventually serve as FMC Technologies Global Headquarters.  

This Northeast Houston area is currently experience unprecedented growth.  It's evident by the slated commercial developments coming to the area and the new communities which have began construction.  A short drive down West Lake Houston Parkway will show signs of preparing for the continued growth in the area.  You will see new communities such as The Groves, Bridges at Lake Houston, Lakewood Pines, Lakewood Pines Estates, Stillwater, to name a few.  So if you are interested in living in this Northeast Area, it's a great time to consider the move!
