Homes for sale in The Woodlands, Texas are selling with some attitude this year, as second quarter statistcis show growth in both sales activity and price stability. Despite a slow June, the second quarter of 2010 beat 2009 marks in units sold, sales volume, average price, and median home price.

High-end homes in Carlton Woods--The Woodlands' exclusive, ultra-high-end neighborhood--gave a boost to these stats, as well as the sale of some aged listings in the ritzy sections of Panther Creek & Grogan's Mill Village.
