Meet Cathy

Have you met our 4th team mate Cathy Ferguson? Did you know she is my Mom? Yep, we are definitely a family business. Lucky for us, her most favorite thing to do is spend time with our LARGE family. Last time we counted, she is Mom to 6, MIL and Bonus Mom to 9, and Gigi to 1?4? grandkids.

She is the reason I got into real estate. After many years in the auto industry she started a second career as a Realtor, investor, and property manager. Her favorite thing about real estate is mentoring others on building wealth through investment properties.

When she isnt wrangling our family or working in real estate, Cathy loves to travel. Maybe one day soon she will get to her 7th continent? She has already been to 6 of them. 37 states too.   Cathy is such a fan of gardening and working on her yard she moved to Harvest Green so she could be surrounded by gardens!
