Hello from Greg Lacy. It seems that the Houston market is busy, but getting sales to actually
close has been more challenging this year. I feel sure that the economic climate will improve and prices will start to appreciate again. The State of Texas Comptrollers office has sent out statistics which show taht the amount of sales tax revenue in Texas has increased for at least the last 16 months.
I feel that this is a positive sign that the Texas economy is beginning an upswing. This is more that
the majority of other states. can claim. Thanks, Greg Lacy.
