Telfair in Sugar Land: even in rough times it has done well.
Location they say huh? That and amenities, price point, options, mobility, and placed in the middle of one the of the fastest growing and popular mid size cities in the US. Yes...it would bode well for any new development. The results have been outstanding especially compared to the rest of the country or (local) area for that matter.
Sugar Land and the Master Planned Community concept works. The City works. Development continues and now reviatlization of older areas is beginning.
This particular home is located in Telfair Section close to the elementary school and the outdoor recreation/pool area. Built in 2007 by Beazer, this popular Vanderbilt model has over 30k in additional builder upgrades and owner improvements. These include the front elevation which includes the covered porch, sprinkler system, lot premium, landscaping, countertop, cabinets, GE profile appliances, flooring, lighting, and added storage. At 324900, it is approximately 25k less than new when including these upgrades.
