Getting ready to list - common inspection items

I've been in real estate since 2011. With numerous sales and rehabs under my belt, I recognize that their are items that show up on an inspection report ALL THE TIME! Truly, without fail, a handful of items will always be on an inspection report. So here are a few videos, 2 or 3 a day, to help you avoid getting a red flag on the inspection report, once you have your home under contract to sell.
