My Latest Achievement

I'm so proud of my first time home buyers, Megan and Brandon! We met in January and started looking at homes right away. They knew exactly what area they wanted and had a checklist which made it incredibly easy for me to assist them. About two weeks after started looking, I had some sellers that had taken their house off the market for the holidays reach out to see if it was a good time to put their house back on the market because they had seen some houses they wanted to check out. Their home happened to have everything my new buyers were looking for and more! Fast forward to a few short weeks later and Brandon and Megan closed on their home, and are now homeowners! 

In the last three months, I've talked to two or three people that didn't think they'd be ready to buy for another few years, but after speaking with a loan officer, they found out they're eligible for a home loan (some with down payment assistance)!
