EXACT. FACE when I see NO Photos or Unprofessional Photos of a listing... Friends/Family/Clients - please know that your ONLINE presence is vital to the sell of your home. If your ONLINE presence does not capture the potential buyers - then you will have no showings and therefore no real buyers. Do not jeopardize one of your largest investments with an agent that does not take great pride in your online marketing. I go ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure my clients homes are professionally staged, professional photos and we have a Marketing Plan/Packet weekly to ensure we are top of the search and I ALWAYS know who your buyer is!!!!
