Lowes Coming Soon West of Cinco Ranch

If any of you are like my husband, getting a new Lowes is a Big Deal! Well I am happy to report the Big Deal is true!

The real estate development company that recently announced Lowe’s is coming to west Cinco Ranch, is now announcing other tenants who will share the same 35 acre shopping center at 9555 Spring Green Boulevard which is at the corner of FM 1093.

Thor Equities, has leased a total of 6,800 square feet of space at The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch to an additional three retail tenants, company executives announced on Monday. Walgreen’s is also located on the property and Kroger and Academy are located across the street.

Iron Tribe Fitness, a gym franchise with more than 60 locations in 15 states, has signed a long-term lease for 4,200 square feet of ground level space at The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch.  Salon brand Great Clips also signed a long-term lease for more than 1,000 square feet, and Nails of America is leasing more than 1,600 square feet of space.  All three businesses are scheduled to open this summer.
