73rd Annual Katy ISD FFA Livestock Show & Rodeo

Time for the 73rd Annual Katy ISD FFA Livestock Show & Rodeo! Check out the livestock show schedule at katyisd.org & the rodeo schedule at katyrodeo.org. It's all happening at the L.D. Robinson Pavilion located adjacent to the Merrell Center. The FFA Livestock Show & Rodeo Parade starts at 9:30 Saturday… it's a week of fun with lots of history -so I'll share some old photos this week.

Since our pavilion is named for him...here's one with L.D.Robinson, Jesse Freeman and Ed Romack - announcing the livestock show winners, not sure of the year. Also the FFA farm and show grounds (located where the pavilion is today) in 1963.
