1. Know your credit score and meet with a lender to get prequalified. You must know what you are shopping with before going out to shop!

2. Create a realistic budget. One you are able to live conformability each month.

5.Choose a location. Drive the areas during the morning, afternoon and evening and ensure that is where you see yourself.
