Expected Rate Increases

Two Katy area water wholesalers, the West Harris County Regional Water Authority and the North Fort Bend Water Authority, will be raising the price of water per 1,000 gallons to municipal utility districts in their boundaries to pay for Houston-area water projects.

WHCRWA Estimates Rates

-Current - $2.05 -ground water grp rate

-2016 Increases $2.25 -ground water grp rate

-2017 Increases $2.45- ground water grp rate

NFBWA Estimates Rates

-Current $2.45 - ground water grp rate

-2016 $2.75 - ground water grp rate
