Stableside Coming

Opening in December 2016, the center’s grocery and entertainment anchor base will attract shoppers from the numerous high-income neighborhoods that are easily accessed by Gaston Road, Greenbusch Road, and Falcon Landing Boulevard.

“With an established customer base and the promise of continued growth, Stableside’s retailers will be well-positioned for their businesses to thrive,” said a statement on the Newquest web site.

The facility will included a 100,000 square foot Kroger which will have potential for 20,000 square feet of expansion.

There will also be a 39,000 square foot theater, a 17,000 square feet of park-like green-space. I am not sure about you but my family loves park-like green space to run and play!!!
