Looking at the most recent HAR report, it indicates that the market is starting to balance. Inventory is increasing, giving buyers a bit more selection and not feeling like a hamster on a wheel chasing the newest listing. Sellers are still receiving strong offers and many properties are still receiving multiple offers for consideration.
