Residential Sales & Rental Commission Programs

(Commission caps are calculated from January 1st to December 31st.)

1. Sales Commission Split: 85% to the agent, 15% to FYI Realty, with a $7,500 annual cap.

2. Transaction Fee: $50 on all residential sales.

3. Lease Commission: 100% payable, with a sliding scale for transaction fees:

• Lease Sliding Scale: Gross Commission
• $0 - $1,000: $50 to FYI Realty (Mentor Program: $100 to Mentor)
• $1,001 - $2,000: $75 to FYI Realty (Mentor Program: $125 to Mentor)
• $2,001 - $3,000: $100 to FYI Realty (Mentor Program: $150 to Mentor)
• $3,001 and up: $200 to FYI Realty (Mentor Program: $300 to Mentor)

4. Commercial Sales and Lease Commissions

• Commercial Sales adhere to same split as Residential Sales.
• Commercial Lease commission over $3,000 will have the same split as a sale, 15%.

Additional Benefits

1. Mentorship Program: 75% to agent, 15% to FYI, 10% to mentor for the initial three buyer and three seller transactions.

2. Low E&O Insurance: $120 per year, payable upon signing.

3. Comprehensive Support: Access to company brokers and management.

4. Free Resources: Complimentary use of company Supras, lockboxes, and signs, subject to availability.

5. Starter Kit: First 500 business cards and a name badge provided at no cost.
