A Fresh Start in Residential DevelopmentJohnson Development Corp.'s subsidiary, Johnson Development Services, has rebranded as Johnson Land Ventures, signaling a shift towards mixed-use and urban development. Alongside this transformation, the company has acquired and renamed a master-planned community in Montgomery, now known as Briarley.

Strategic Expansion and Land AcquisitionJohnson Land Ventures recently completed the purchase of over 200 acres off Old Plantersville Road, with a commitment to acquiring an additional 185 acres in the next 18 months.
