Will a new house alleviate your Seasonal Affective Disorder?

When the COVID-19 virus pandemic first reared its ugly head, one of the theories posited by real estate experts was that people working from home would want homes with more space for distance learning and remote work. This has proven true in the Brazos Valley, as well as everywhere else. 

But with the combined pandemic and winter's dreariness, will this be the perfect storm to bring onset of Seasonal Affective Disorder? We discussed this in my mid-December interview with our local CBS affiliate, KBTX. 

The short answer is, if you suffer from SAD, you need more light. So, if your home is dark and cramped, then yes, a larger or brighter home may actually help.
