When it is time to start rebuilding, as with any other project one should always get multiple written estimates before choosing a reputable contractor. All estimates should be in writing. When you have chosen a contractor, insist on a written agreement that specifically outlines all terms with all blanks filled in and retain a signed copy. Should you have questions about documents, always seek legal council from a qualified, licensed provider.
