Being a realtor, and being exposed to "new construction" on a daily basis, I sometimes
forget how much is involved. No wonder that buyers become over whelmed with all
of the details from ground to close on a new home. Sometimes as a realtor it is good
to refresh our memories of what all is involved so that we remember how very important
