When to List Your Home

There is a misconception that summer is the best time to sell your home.  While homes do sell during all of the months, the busiest months are March, April, and May.  You will get more money and there is no time like the spring.  Grass starts greening and flower start to bloom.  Also the temperatures are nice.  As soon as school is out the home showings start to decrease and continue until winter. Summer is slow because it is so hot.  Many relocation companies try not to transfer their employees during our scorching hot season.  Especially if they are from a cold climate, they think our heat is oppressive. (and it can be)  So my message is to List NOW when everything looks nice.
