Increase of Inventory

Spring is usually the prime time to put your house on the market. This spring in Windrose there were 5 houses for sale out of 2069 homes in the subdivision. Today there are 44 homes which gives buyers a choice. Typically sellers are not comfortable listing their home unless they have a new house in mind. Now that they have a larger list of homes to choose from, they are listing their properties which breaks the cycle of not knowing where to go. The homes for sale in the entire city have increased in the same manner. This is great news for the housing market!
