2.  Changing the air filters on the furnace and air conditioning units will cut down on repair costs and extend the life of your equipment.

3.  Keeping the soil level and flower beds with a 4 to 6 inch clearance is important so that you can keep an eye out for unwanted “pests” that may try to enter through the foundation.

4.  Periodically check the weather stripping and seals around windows and doors to ensure that you are keeping the good air inside.  This will also help with your heating and cooling bills.
