Buying a home is a great investment.  As you move forward in this process, please do not forget to set aside a fund for home maintenance.  Once you own a home, it is very important to plan for this expense.  If you try to ignore maintenance or repairs, they may only get worse and cost you more in the long run.  Air filters changed regularly is a small expense that goes a long way.  Enjoy your home and take care of your investment.
