The Houston Metro Area market showed strong improvement in this week's report, as the number of sales went up to 5,728 homes sold over the last 30 days. At the same time, Harris County, which is part of the Houston Metro Area, had the most home sales within the area, with 3,379. Months of inventory continued to fall, hitting a three-month low at three months. With such a small volume of inventory available and sales going up, the Houston Metro Area is a seller's market.
