Apartment locating services are free for the renter. All “finders fees” are paid to the agent by the apartment community.

Here’s how it works:

1. Narrow down where you want to live. Use this Zip Code Map (click HERE) to narrow down what zip codes you could live in.
2. Complete the contact form below. Tell me what you’re looking for.
3. I will send you a list of apartments by email that will match your criteria as well as my recommendations.
4. Google search the apartments that interest you. Things to look for: Location. Year Built. Community amenities. Prices and availability. Read reviews on Yelp and Google. Most apartments advertise availability and prices on their website.
5. Call the leasing office to verify availability, current promos and prices. See when the best time to schedule a tour would be.
