Spring Fever

I am currently looking out my office window and the sun is high in the sky and no clouds with a comfortable 75 degrees. Spring fever is upon me and I am asking myself why the heck  am I inside and not enjoying the beautiful weather. My fishin pole is calling out my name as well as my boat just itching to get back in the water and catch fish. Again, why am I not outside doing outside activites. Oh yeah, real estate. Even though things may be a little slow, and they usually are right after the New Year, it is a good time to secure listings. Listings are the name of the game.
