Let's Take the Cotton Out of Our Ears and Put in Our Mouths

One of the things I like the most about Active Rain is the diversity and the way you can learn from others in our field. I love to see blogs that have competing ideas, it just kind of makes me sit back and think about what is right and what is wrong.  After all, I have only been in the real estate industry for a little over 6 years. It makes me look at someone else’s opinion and weigh it’s merits and and it’s fault’s and then choose a side or maybe even offer a totally different idea.  

Today I made a comment on someones blog that differed from what that person was saying and they removed it. Don’t get me wrong, they have every right to do so, I and I have done the same for much different reasons.  I just find it funny in an odd way to be muted without rebuttal or comment to sway my opinion one way or the other.

And that my friends, is what is wrong with our country... Everyone is trying to be heard, but no one is listening. Just remember, we have two ears and only one mouth, therefore we should listen twice as much as we talk.
