TREC 1-4 Family Contract NEW

TREC , Texas Real Estate Commission, has put out a new contract for the 1-4 family contract. My friend Laurie Hines with Alamo Title in Alvin TX was kind enough to send me a power point on this and I made it into a move so I could show all of you... I really like what they did to enhance the contract.
