Eminent domain reform is on the way! SB 18 by Sen. Estes has been set for a hearing this Thursday at 9 am in the Senate State Affairs Committee. We are now one step closer to restoring the integrity of our private property rights system in Texas.

We must finish this race strong! I urge each and every one of you to ask your friends, family, and co-workers to visit www.protectyourhomeandland.com and sign the petition and tell the legislature that in Texas a family’s home is their castle and we will defend it!
