Almost Thanksgiving!

Youve almost made it to Halloween and Thanksgiving is RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER! I hope that youve had a wonderful October; I am looking forward to the chilly air and family time. With everything influx for 2020 and 2021, it is nice to think of those annual traditions creeping into the calendar. 

We are seeing mortgage rates holding mostly steady with slight upticks and back down during the day, and inventory still has not had the chance to catch up!
